David Foley - Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of 8 Point Capital, David casts and leads the overall vision and investment strategy for the firm. With 20 years of Construction Management, Development, and Commercial Real Estate brokerage to bring to the table, David has been a driving force in the Denver real estate market as the Principal & Managing Broker of Makers Commercial. David has always approached real estate, whether it be brokerage or investing, through the lens of an opportunist with an ownership mentality. David has closed on approx. $300MM in commercial real estate transactions across multiple vertical types, but primarily in healthcare, industrial, flex/ office, office, and retail.

Blake Eitreim - Partner

Blake serves as Partner & Vice President of 8 Point Capital. He is responsible for helping lead the firm's deal sourcing and acquisitions team. Blake began his real estate career as a broker with Makers Commercial with a focus in the hospitality and industrial space. Blake’s most notable deal, The Martinique on Broadway, Curio Collection, in Manhattan was awarded the “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) in 2022. Within the last 12 months Blake has closed on $85MM in Commercial real estate transactions consisting of industrial, flex, healthcare, and hospitality deals.
